Sifat Junaid holds a Bachelor of Science from Bangladesh Military Academy, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, and an MBA in Technology and Operations from IBA, University of Dhaka. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Currently serving as a Consultant at EDOTCO Bangladesh Ltd., Junaid brings 17 years of extensive experience managing diverse and high-value projects. He successfully managed projects at Osmani International Airport and Saidpur Airport, as well as overseeing the operations of 7 passenger lounges across 5 airports. Additionally, he managed a large-scale taxi fleet project worth BDT 50 crore, overseeing transport operations, repair workshops, and Autogas conversion services.

Junaid’s expertise extends to developing and leading an online logistics platform and establishing the first operational Autogas station in Dhaka. His role in these projects involved project planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization, ensuring timely and within-budget project completion.

With a background in military service, where he trained students in military studies and UN peacekeeping regulations, Junaid brings a disciplined and structured approach to his project management practices. His passion for education and hands-on experience make him a valuable instructor at PM Central Academy. Junaid is dedicated to mentoring aspiring project managers, providing them with the practical skills and knowledge they need to excel in their careers and successfully manage projects in any industry.
